HR introduced a new policy where for every minute you are late for work, you are required to work extra 10 minutes after 5 PM. The other day this gen z coworker arived at 8:05 instead of 8 AM. So HR asked him to work till 5:50 PM which he obliged. Today he left work at 4 PM....
